Fitness Paradise Gym after an absence of over three years has returned and this time, it was promised that they are here to stay and to shape the new you.
The gym, which is located atop of the Brandsville Hotel in Campbellville, had its gala launching Saturday evening where Donald Sinclair spoke immensely of the desire to ensure persons stayed on the right path of being healthy and fit.
Besides having a team of qualified instructors at the gym, Sinclair, the former president of the Guyana Amateur Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (GABBFF), said that they will be making quarterly publications of the Fitness Paradise Gym newsletter entitled, ‘Fit News’.
In the first publication which coincides with the re-opening of the gym, Guyana’s acclaimed International Bodybuilder Hugh Ross encourages persons to “Stay with the programme” and embrace a healthy lifestyle.
The doors of the gym would be open to the public from Monday and those desirous of joining will only have to pay a registration fee of $2,000.
