A Bartica resident pleaded not guilty on Thursday to possession of narcotics when he appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octave-Hamilton.
It is alleged that Michael King had 389 grams of cannabis for the purpose of trafficking, on November 30 at the Kool Breeze Wharf, First Avenue, Bartica. King was remanded and is due to reappear at the Bartica Magistrates’ Court on January 27, 2010.
