Heavy rain and high winds at Diamond, East Bank Demerara about 11.30 am yesterday partially uprooted this Guyana Power and Light (GPL) electricity pole and left it leaning heavily on the telephone wires posing a threat to this Lot 15 Diamond Public Road home.
