Grounded: Vehicles which were pulled over yesterday following the restriction order implemented on Sunday by the Guyana Police Force. The order states that no motor lorry or heavy duty vehicle shall traverse the Soesdyke/Linden Highway between the hours of 1800h (6 pm) and 0600h (6 am). No motor lorry, heavy duty vehicle or mini-bus shall be permitted to park along the Soesdyke/Linden Highway between the hours of 1600h (4 pm) and 0600h (6 am). No motor lorry or heavy duty vehicle shall proceed north or south along the East Bank of Demerara Public Road , between Houston and Timehri, between the hours of 0600h (6 am) and 1100h (11 am).
