QC badminton tournament underway

Nicholas Ali opened up the first day of action at the Queen’s College Badminton Courts when he defeated Dwayne Edward during the QC Annual Lower and Upper School Boys and Girls Singles Tournament which commenced on October 5.

In the Upper School Boys category it was the talented national player Ali who defeated rival Edward 21-6, 21-14. Stephan Greaves and Easa Sanichara were also successful in this category.

Greer Jackson proved her worth in the Lower School Girl’s Singles category when she defeated opponent Tera Jaipaul.
