A fine all-round performance from Die Hard XI’s Raymond Taylor sent United Brothers XI crashing to a five-wicket defeat in the Essequibo final of the Mike’s Pharmacy 15-overs-a-side tournament at the Reliance Ground recently.
United Brothers XI, after winning the toss and batting, scored 113 all out in 13 overs.
Vickram Dass top scored with 36 while Taylor picked up 2-15 from three overs.
In reply, Die Hard reached 116-5 from 13 overs with Surujpaul Deodat making an undefeated 32 while Taylor lent good support with an unbeaten 24.
Bowling for United Brothers XI Dass captured 3-15 from three overs.
