We would like to remind letter-writers that we will not accept letters for publication which do not include a full name, detailed address and a contact number, where one exists. We do not publish pseudonyms, although we will withhold a signatory’s name on request. We also require that letters in hard copy (including faxes) be signed. We will not normally publish a letter which has appeared elsewhere, and we routinely edit for libel, length, syntax, grammar, etc.
