Fortunately no one was seriously injured in a mid-morning collision involving these two vehicles — minibus BGG 9639 (photo at left) and the car PMM 553 (photo at right)– at the junction of Camp and Church streets yesterday. According to reports, the Route 44 minibus was heading south along Camp Street and was about to cross over Church Street when a car travelling east along Church street collided with it. The minibus then spun around and toppled over. About 10 persons were in the minibus (including the driver and conductor) at the time of the accident and one passenger was taken to the Georgetown Public Hospital with minor injuries.
