As the city garbage crisis continues, so-called “private contractors” have been going around clearing citizens’ garbage for disposal. Some citizens have also been making trips to the Mandela dumpsite. However, not everyone makes it as far as the landfill site. As observed in the photo above, some persons have been dumping their garbage near the cemetery gate.
