Building capacity: Kiskadee Kids Daycare and Playgroup recently held a capacity building workshop for caregivers, teachers and parents attached to the institution. The focus of the workshop was to enhance the capacity among the teachers and caregivers in new methods, skills and techniques in the execution of their work. Parents were involved in various sessions including lessons on non-violent disciplinary methods. Additionally, sessions were included on HIV/AIDS awareness and other STIs.
