The Guyana Bank for Trade and Industry yesterday presented bursary awards to 15 members of its Early Saver’s Club who would have performed exceedingly well at this year’s Grade Six Assessment. Among the students on the far left in the front row is Jonathon Jacobus formerly of the St Ignatius Primary in Lethem. He was the top student among the awardees with an exam score of 538 marks.
