Dear Editor,
I ask readers and Mr Ravi Dev to be patient if they expected an earlier response from me to his printing of my statement as I made it.
Circumstances here kept me from responding, but I hope to do so soon.
Of the many letters I hoped to write the editor since I read Mr Dev, I have managed to write only one.
