Flying Ace 50-miler set for Sunday

The Flying Ace Cycling Club of Berbice will run off a 50-mile cycle road race on Sunday.

The event will start in front of Spready’s Snackette and proceed to the arch at Corriverton before finishing at the point of origin.

The race is open to club members and novices’ cyclists from Regions 5 and 6 and is organised by the Flying Ace Club.

The event is being held in memory of Mr. and Mrs. Ramsarran Singh of Singh’s Unique Bakery.

The race will feature a BMX and a female race which will start immediately behind the first pack and finish in front of Spready’s Snackette.

The races will begin at 08:00 hrs and family members will help present the prizes at the end of the event. The club is looking to make this an annual event.
