Chief Executive Officer of GuySuCo Paul Bhim has said repairs could start shortly on the damaged boiler at Skeldon but management has to decide on whether to accept a proposal from the Chinese firm which built the factory or another company “that is being considered.”
Bhim said two proposals were submitted and while he readily disclosed that China National Technology Import and Export Corporation (CNTIC) was one of the two companies,
