Guyana’s Under-17 footballers suffered a humiliating 7-0 defeat at the hands of regional powerhouse Haiti yesterday in their second round Caribbean Football Union (CFU) World Cup preliminary match played in the Dominican Republic.
According to reports, the score was 0-0 at half time but the Guyanese wilted under pressure in the second half and succumbed to the Haitian side for their second defeat of the tournament.
