DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, CMC – Dominican Billy Doctrove was among 18 umpires named Sunday to stand in next year’s Cricket World Cup in Asia.
The 55-year-old will join the cream of officials from the Elite Panel for the February 19 to April 2 showpiece across India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
