Super-efficient policing? A patrol of Tactical Services Unit ranks rounded up several boys and took them and their bicycles into custody after they were found cycling in the wrong direction along Vlissengen Road yesterday. The boys and their bicycles were crowded into the back of a police van and taken to a nearby police station.
