The Muslim community hosted its annual programme to mark the December 7 start of the Islamic New Year 1432.
According to a press release the programme was hosted by the Muslim Youth League of Guyana, the Guyana United Sadr Islamic Anjuman and the Anna Catherina Islamic Complex (ACIC) for the 14th successive year.
Guyanese Muslim scholar Mufti Nazim gave the feature address at the programme, which is now a major function on the
