PPP General Secretary Donald Ramotar has expressed surprise at the move of presidential hopeful Ralph Ramkarran to take his ambitions to the public with the appearance of a full page ad in the press.
When questioned at a news conference this morning about the publication of the ad in today’s Stabroek News the party leader voiced surprise.
“I’m surprised that he would do that … I don’t think that’s how the PPP operates; we haven’t been operating like that. This would be a first I believe,” Ramotar said admitting that he had not seen the newspapers.
