Mark ‘Bow-wow’ Hyman, owner of the Stabroek Market stall where the grenade exploded last Wednesday, was released on station bail some time over the weekend, Crime Chief Seelall Persaud said.
Hyman was arrested hours after the incident which left unidentified involuntary remigrant ‘American’ dead and 18 persons injured. The stall owner was held in police custody for more than 72 hours for questioning.
