Wife declines to testify over ‘licks’ threat for TV remote

A man accused of threatening to beat his reputed wife and children because he could not find the TV remote was yesterday freed of the charge after his wife indicated to the court that she no longer wanted to proceed with the matter.

The allegation against Lennox King is that on January 24 at Georgetown, he made use of threatening behaviour to Denise Mark, thereby resulting in a breach of the peace.
