The executive committee of the Demerara Cricket Board (DCB) met with Sport Minister Dr. Frank Anthony yesterday at the Main Street office to outline plans for the next two years of the recently-elected body.
Some of the issues that were discussed ranged from the rehabilitation and development of cricket facilities in both rural and urban areas of Demerara to the development of a structured schools cricket programme, inclusive of training new coaches and upgrading others.
