Magistrate Adela Nagamootoo suspended the licence of driver Suesharpaul Bishun for one year, after he was convicted for driving under the influence of alcohol for a second time.
Bishun appeared in the New Amsterdam Court, where he confessed to the charge, which stated that he had 141 micro-grammes of alcohol
