Just shy of a week after he reportedly walked through the gates of the Georgetown Prison, the Guyana Prison Service (GPS) on Sunday issued a wanted bulletin for teenaged murder accused Eddie Williams.
Up to press time last evening, Williams, 18, had not been apprehended and it is unclear if members of the public had supplied the GPS
