The suspect in last Friday’s stabbing of businessman, Conrad Semple at Black Water Backdam, Konawaruk has fled to a remote location which is difficult to access, Divisional Commander David Ramnarine said yesterday.
According to Assistant Commissioner Ramnarine, a team of ranks travelled to the area from the city and returned on Sunday night. He explained that while at the scene, investigators managed to collect several statements but “unfortunately need to do some more pain-staking work”.
