An Eccles man who admitted to driving without wearing his seat belt was fined $7,500 on Friday when he appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
Fazal Khayum pleaded guilty to the charge which stated that on March 17 on Camp and New Market streets, he drove motor car PMM 5354
