A Venezuelan man identified as Francisco Silva died on Saturday in a fire at Aranka, Cuyuni.
A police statement today said that investigations are being conducted into the fire of so far unknown origin in an apartment building.
The body is at the Bartica Hospital mortuary as the investigations continue.
