Dr Odeen Ishmael CCH was on Tuesday received by His Highness Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait as Guyana‘s first Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Kuwait.
