Junior 100 and 200 metres sprint champion Chavez Ageday will be fit in time for the Carifta Games in Jamaica it was disclosed yesterday.
Ageday pulled his hamstring muscle in the final of the men’s 100 metres last Sunday at the Under-23 Championships held at Eve Leary Sports Club Ground.
Ageday who is a member of the Athletics Association
