‘Cobra’ matters adjourned although witnesses present

The armed robbery and malicious damage to property charges against Tyrone Rowe called “Cobra” were adjourned yesterday because of a “time constraint” facing the court.
Unlike the previous occasion, witnesses were present for continuation of the trial.

When the matters were called before presiding Magistrate Sueanna Lovell, the court was told that an adjournment would be granted as they could not be dealt with because of a “time constraint.”
