Sister begs for brother who assaulted her

A brother who assaulted and used  threatening behaviour, abusive and threatening language to his sister was yesterday fined $15,000 and bonded to keep the peace for two years after his sister begged the magistrate for lenience on his behalf.

Alberto Khan admitted that on May 16 at Georgetown, he assaulted Sabrina Seabra so as to cause her actual bodily harm. The defendant admitted that on the same day also he made use of threatening behaviour to Seabra and used abusive and threatening language to her, resulting in a breach of the peace.
