Magistrate Ann McLennan granted a 55-year-old man who allegedly threatened to kill his wife if she refused to drink rat poison $15,000 bail and his wife $5,000 bail on an assault charge, when they appeared in court on Tuesday.
Rawlins and Judy Jones were also cross-charged with assault and threatening behaviour in the Christianburg Magistrate’s Court. The couple pleaded not guilty
