Man accused of stealing $2.5M in raw gold, Blackberry

A man accused of stealing $2.5M worth of raw gold and a Blackberry cell phone valued $50,000 was yesterday admitted to bail in the sum of $465,000 after appearing before Magistrate Hazel Octave-Hamilton.

The allegation against Kwesi Dodson is that on Tuesday at Four Miles Arakaka, North West District he stole from Erwin Benjamin six ounces, fifteen pennyweights of raw gold valued $2.5M, property of Wild Cat Mining Inc.
