The Guyana Elections Commission (GECOM) has appointed 10 Returning Officers (ROs) and 10 Election Clerks (ECs) in what it said yesterday was another major step forward in preparation for the 2011 General and Regional Elections.
GECOM said in a press release that the ROs and ECs took their respective Oaths of Office last Saturday
