A man, who claimed two different home addresses, was on Monday remanded to prison by acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry, when he appeared before her to face the charge of robbery committed on Woolford Avenue.
It is alleged that on October 27, 20-year-old Deryck Raymond robbed Sheldon Noel of a gold chain and two cell phones, valued $118,000 in total. He pleaded not guilty to the charge.
