Godfrey Lowden and Omar Persaud claimed the Men’s Over-40 Doubles title when play resumed in the Trophy Stall Doubles tournament on Saturday at the Pegasus hard court.
They came up against the crafty veteran Maxie Fox who teamed with Japanese Sakae Yamada in an evenly contested match. There were some long rallies as each team tried to seize the initiative.
