Canada-based Guyanese Bob Persaud believes that if Guyana is to be free of corruption and see justice for heinous crimes—including the murders of his wife, Phulmattie and brothers-in-law former Agriculture Minister Satyadeow Sawh and Rajpat Sawh—people need to vote for change.
