The accountant who was admitted to hospital in a critical condition after being struck down by two motorcycles on October 25, died late Wednesday night.
Wayne Maison told Stabroek News that his brother Franz Welch died around 11 pm in the Intensive Care Unit of the Georgetown Public Hospital where he had been transferred last Thursday. He was previously a patient of the High Dependency Unit.
