Guyanese man jailed for seven years in St Kitts over larceny

SKN Leewards Times yesterday reported that a Guyanese man has been jailed for seven years with hard labour for larceny.

It said that the trial which commenced on Tuesday saw 23 years-old Ronnel Carmichael being charged on two counts. The prosecution headed by the Director of Public Prosecution, Pauline Hendrickson alleged on the first count that Carmichael and another between the 25th and 26th of July 2010 at Charlestown stole a quantity of items belonging to Sheon Lewis the owner of Little Sheek Fashion Store.
