The case involving Presidential Advisor Odinga Lumumba and a polling day presiding officer is still being investigated by the police.
According to Crime Chief Seelall Persaud, the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has advised an ongoing investigation into the incident that took place on elections day.
