A man and his reputed wife accused of having a quantity of unlicensed ammunition in their possession were yesterday remanded to prison when they appeared before acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry.
The allegation against Erika Rampaul, 23, and Dhira Ramdeen, also 23, is that on April 2 they had in their possession live rounds of ammunition without licence.
