President Donald Ramotar has congratulated Jamaica’s Prime Minister designate Portia Simpson-Miller on her recent victory at the polls, while indicating an interest in strengthening friendly relations.
“On behalf of the Government and people of the Republic of Guyana, and on my own behalf, I wish to convey warmest congratulations to you on your election as Prime Minister of Jamaica,” Ramotar wrote in a letter
