Hinterland athletes seeking overseas sponsorship, opportunities

Fewer athletes from the hinterland areas may be participating in the this year’s National Schools Championships as several are pursuing sponsorship overseas to elevate themselves, after promises of assistance from local authorities never came to fruition.
