Residents of Lusignan East ‘Double Road’ are blaming Courtney Benn Contracting Services Limited (CBCSL) for the rapid deterioration of their road, due to the amount of heavy-duty vehicles traversing the area on a daily basis.
According to the residents, CBCSL initially used the Lusignan Centre Ground for parking. However, they added that since October of last year, the workers moved to the East Playfield, where they now park all their heavy-duty vehicles. As a result, the residents cannot utilize the playfield for recreational purposes.
