When the Region 10 Regional Democratic Council sits at its first decision-making session today, several motions are likely to be moved to trigger the process of making the administration transparent, following the disclosure that some 16 projects which were paid for in full in 2011 had not been completed.
Following the installation of the 7th council of Region 10 about two weeks ago, the 16 irregularities were brought to light, including three projects, totalling in excess of $1.6 million, which are not yet completed but are already paid for in full.
