Little Eon Shurland has been through too much for a child his age but with the guidance and support of the Child Care and Protection Agency (CCPA) he is on the road to recovery. He is now attending school, has made new friends and from all appearances loves every minute of life.
At the same time, social workers have a lot of work to do before they could safely say that he is living a normal childhood; helping him overcome the pain of the last few years of his life would be their hardest task.
