The man who allegedly shot 38-year-old Aaron Hunter to his left knee during an argument at Jawalla Village was put on $200,000 bail on Friday by acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry.
According to the particulars of the charge, on February 7 the accused Osai Cappill discharged a loaded firearm at Hunter with intent to maim, disfigure or cause the man grievous bodily harm.
The accused also had a charge of felonious wounding levelled against him. He was not required to plead to
