Linden Town Clerk Patrick Inniss has been fired for gross insubordination and unauthorised spending, Junior Local Government Minister Norman Whittaker announced yesterday.
“He was fired because of insubordination… to both the council and the ministry and expenditure without the required approval. It happened on several occasions, not once several occasions … and then—ha!— I leave it at that,” Whittaker told Stabroek News yesterday,
