Caricom Secretary-General Ambassador Irwin LaRocque has identified the need for World Bank assistance, among other areas, in developing a regional Information and Communication Technology (ICT) space to allow for more and cheaper broadband access.
LaRocque, continuing his busy round of meetings in Washington, D.C, USA, on Wednesday, held discussions with the World Bank, the Pan American Health Organisation (PAHO)
