Spain has appointed Brian Tiwarie as its Honorary Consul to Guyana, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced Friday in a press release.
This appointment follows a request from the Government of the Kingdom of Spain for the approval of the appointment of Tiwarie as its Honorary Consul, the Foreign Affairs Ministry said.
Tiwarie on Friday received his Exequatur (an official authorization issued by a host country to a consular agent, permitting him to perform his official duties)
